We stand behind every product. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 100 days of the delivery date.

How to request a refund

Email stevedabull@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond with return instructions within 2 business days.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in reasonable condition with all included accessories. Items may be gently used — this is a satisfaction guarantee, not a resale-condition requirement.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a refund using the process above and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible — once an order has entered fulfillment we may be unable to stop it, in which case the standard return process applies.
