📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 5–8 days from our partner warehouse. Shipping is free on orders over $35.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, email us within 90 days of your order arriving and we'll refund the full order.

Do I have to send the product back?
No. Because this is an oral-care product we can't accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons, so we don't ask you to send anything back. Keep the pens. There's no return shipping to pay.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us a photo of the damage along with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Damaged or incorrect items are handled outside the 90-day window.

💜 The Lumea Purple V34 Whitening Pen

Will this hurt like whitening strips did?
The formula includes a coconut-oil buffer specifically to reduce the sensitivity that plain peroxide can cause. If your teeth are sensitive, start with once a day for the first week and build up from there.

How does the purple pigment work?
V34 purple pigment works on colour theory — the same principle as purple shampoo on brassy hair. It counteracts the appearance of yellow tones on the surface of the tooth.

How do I use it?
Brush and dry your teeth as normal. Twist the pen until purple appears on the brush tip. Paint a thin layer across the front surface of each tooth. Rinse after 60 seconds.

How long does one pen last?
About 30 uses. The 4-pack covers roughly four months.

Will it stain my lips, gums, or clothes?
No. The pigment washes off skin and fabric instantly. Wipe away any excess with a tissue.

What if I have crowns, veneers, braces, or dental work?
The pen works on natural tooth surfaces. If you have dental restorations, gum disease, or ongoing dental care, check with your dentist first.

Is it vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Vegan, and not tested on animals.
